Jiang Ye Major Announcement + Chapter 75

Guys and gals, we have a major announcement to make. As you know, Team Mechamushroom has been suffering from carpal tunneling. This hasn’t been new – we’ve been doing this for like 8 months now but the last 6 weeks have been pretty bad. I think you know where this is going…

Well, a long time ago two series sucked us away from the manga/manhua/manhwa world and into the CN world – and that was Xian Ni and Jiang Ye on Batoto. Both took entertainment for us into a both familiar but new world for us, and it was awesome. After seeing Jiang Ye on hiatus for a while, we really wanted to rekindle the fire of who we believe to be one of the absolute best authors out there.

Of the two series we do, Jiang Ye requires far more mouse-work per chapter, and it’s killing us. First one of us got afflicted, and the other followed suit by taking over more work. We were faced with a decision of long-term hiatus, or setting the project free. For the good of the series and consideration for the readers who have supported Jiang Ye since then, we felt the better decision was to find a new home for Jiang Ye.

If you are a translator ready for a heavy, but rewarding long-term project, please email us. We’ll be waiting~

  2. Thanks for the chapters you have translated for us this far. I have really enjoyed your translations. Although I will miss Jiang Ye, both of your health come first. I hope your health gets better soon.
